1. Scope
This policy applies to rrnet.ro, the launch page, the contact form and communications received through these channels.
If you access client.rrnet.ro, additional operational rules may apply to your account and contracted services.
2. Data we may collect
Form data: name, email, company, message and any information you voluntarily include in the message field.
Technical data: IP address, access date and time, browser type, visited page and basic server log information.
Preference data: selected site language, stored locally in your browser to keep the experience consistent.
Correspondence data: information received when you email us or request a presentation, demo, early access or implementation support.
3. Purposes
We respond to requests, demos, implementation discussions and form messages.
We manage the RRNET prelaunch program and communications related to the September 1, 2026 launch.
We administer, secure and improve the website and related services.
We keep reasonable evidence of communications, requests and security measures where necessary.

Consent, when you voluntarily submit data through a form or ask for updates.
Pre-contractual steps or contract performance, when we discuss services, access or implementation.
Arya RO S.R.L.’s legitimate interest in site security, administration, abuse prevention and reasonable business communication with people who contacted us.

5. Cookies, local storage and external services
The site is not built for advertising profiling and we do not sell personal data.

Hosting, email, IT maintenance and security providers, only as needed to operate the website.
Authorized staff and collaborators who handle RRNET requests.

No online transmission method is completely risk-free, but security is treated as an essential part of RRNET operations.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the GDPR.
You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
You may lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing: dataprotection.ro.

11. Automated decisions
We do not use data collected through the website for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
